According to the Small Business Association (SBA), roughly around 60% of small businesses fail within the first 5 years. Additionally, 81% of small businesses don’t have employees, meaning that they are often stuck hustling as an entrepreneur instead of being the CEO of an actual business.

Though lack of financial management and leadership are major factors that contribute to failure, the main reason why businesses fail is due to a lack of direction! That’s why I created this program and made it my mission to develop successful CEOs.
